IPM – INTERNATIONAL PROMOTERS MEETING is the first Italian event whose aim is to boost and enhance relations between the operators and the musical and artistic entertainment industry.

IPM wants to put the spotlight on promoters who are generally relegated to the shadows back stage, but are actually one of the core realities around which the entire Music Industry rotates.

Promoters are the fundamental link between the general public, companies, and operators and this event gives them the recognition they deserve.

After the success of Transport's previous CD compilations, DJ MFR (Marco from Rome) is presenting the fifth volume of the West Coast Excursions series. Sit back, relax, DJ MFR takes you on another West Coast Excursion, containing music from some of the most respected West Coast Record labels and producers and singers such as Miguel Migs, Jay-j, Jask, Vincent Kwok, New Mondo, Haldo, Dario D'Attiss, Fabio Tosti, Lisa Shaw, Morrisson and DJ MFR himself just to namea few, all flawlessly blended together in DJ MFR's smooth mixing style.

Transport Recordings revisits DJ MFR's acclaimed Rome Departure album with a series of exceptional deep and soulful house mixes. Vincent Kwok, DJ MFR's partner in the project New Mondo, provides two reworks: the dark and deep dancefloor bliss of "Do You Remember," featuring the spoken vocals of Tony Green, and "Head To The Sky," featuring the emotive vocals of Winston and a fantastic, dubby breakdown. Charles Webster re-tools "Come To Me," featuring renowned vocalist Indra Jones, into a sublime, dreamy house music masterpiece. "Take Me Away," with vocals by house music chanteuse D'Layna, is expertly remixed by Shifted Music's Jay-J who aims squarely for the floor with funky guitars and horn riffs in his arsenal. Last, but hardly least, DJ MFR reworks his own "Get On Me," featuring the reappearance of Indra Jones. A classic house-style bassline and staccato keys will surely drive this version out of the speakers of club systems worldwide

Total Control

Total Control’ is the exciting long awaited artist album from San Francisco’s hot production duo, New Mondo. Oozing with West Coast sparkle ‘Total Control’ is written and produced by DJ MFR & Vincent Kwok, who deliver a host of wonderful songs crossing all boundaries, from deliciously deep and smooth grooves to full on Jackin House monsters with a cheeky nod to back in the day of 808’s & 909s! Joining the boys on their venture are an array of heavyweight artists including Miguel Migs’ right hand diva, Lisa Shaw, who seductively sings on ‘I Want Cha’, San Francisco’s golden voice, Morrisson, who features heavily on the album including tracks ‘Right Now’, ‘Bring It Back’ and the album title song, ‘Total Control’. Adding a latin flavour to the mix is Leedia (the voice on Sandy Rivera's ‘Trouble’) who performs on ‘Enamorada’ (meaning ‘In Love’), local jazz singer Indra Jones delivers a beautiful soulful vocal on ‘Alright’ which was co produced by upcoming Swiss talent Dario D’attis. NYC’s Rick G (aka DJN Project) lends his voice to the bouncy groove ‘Nowhere To Go’ and Random Soul’s Yogi closes this fantastic album with a sexy slice of dancefloor soul titled ‘Feels So New’.

After the success of our previous cd compilations, Transport Recordings is proud to present our fourth release in the West Coast Excursion series mixed by Transpoprt very own DJ MFR.

DJ MFR has already gained popularity with a variety of productions and remixes on Transport Recordings and some of the most respected Labels around the world. His releases have included the very first volume in the West Coast Excursion series as well as his highly acclaimed artist album "Rome Departure" which was selected to be album of the month and best of 2005 on iDJ magazine.

He has also contributed a release to the "San Francisco" installment of the acclaimed AfterDark series on the Kinky Sweet label. This stayed at the top of the Billboard electronic charts for several weeks.

In the recent years together with fellow producer Vincent he started "New Mondo" and contribute to the release of Downtown San Francisco on Swank Recordings, with each of the duo performing individual mix duties. Showcasing their skills beyond the confines of the studio walls, this release demonstrates their abilities behind the decks, featuring a range of music suitable for any occasion..
